About Slow & Steady Books
Slow & Steady Books is a project dreamed up by Andrew. As he was browsing the used books section at a thrift store, he realized how sad it was that some of the amazing pages in front of him - some of which were out of print - may never get read, or worse, end up in the trash instead of in the hands of someone who would appreciate them. And so, the Slow & Steady Books pop up used book stand was born.Slow & Steady is a reference to the "Turtle" Submarine, one of the first submarines invented right here in Connecticut by David Bushnell during the revolutionary war.
